Our Funding

Turismo de Islas Canarias is a publicly owned commercial company operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism and Employment of the Government of the Canary Islands. Its funding mainly comes from the General Budget of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands through earmarked allocations and, in some cases, co-financed with European funds.

Furthermore, by virtue of its status as an in-house entity, agreements, commissions and mandates may be formalised, primarily with the Ministry of Tourism and Employment.
